He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Hall and Garnet Hall (Mayhorn); his wife Sarah Hall; his son Joel Phillip Hall; his grandchildren, Angela Denise Stegman and Mark Bader; and his sons-in-law, Thomas Hoskins and Mark Bader.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Hall Jr., Tonya Hall and Irene Flannery (Raymond); and his grandchildren, Sarah Bader, Bill Bader (Adrienne), Karen Sullivan (Doug), Phillip Hall (Heavenly), Taryn Hall, Madison Hall, Joseph Stegman, Aaron Stegman, Alesha Terlau (Matt), Tabatha Flannery and Raylee Flannery. He is also survived by many Great Grandchildren.
