He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Blanche Hoffman, Roy and Dorothy Congleton. He is survived by: his wife Eva Hoffman; his children, Jacob Hoffman (Dana Branstetter) and Chloe Hoffman; his brother Troy Hoffman (Mindy); his parents, Gary Hoffman and Sarah Hoffman; and his nieces and nephews, Cole Hoffman (Elaine), Shelby Hoffman, Nina, Gracy Irvin, Clay and David Griffin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Drewersburg Volunteer Fire Department, 3072 Drewersburg Rd. West Harrison, IN 47060.
