She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Keller and Blanche Coventry Keller; her former husband Jack Henry; her husband Clarence Wallace; her grandchildren, Brad Allen and Tricia Lynn Henry; her daughter-in-law Shirley Henry; her stepdaughter Joye McBride; and her brothers, Russ, Ralph and Fred Keller.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Fogle (Don) of Hopedale, George Henry (Hazel Witherspoon) of Lisbon, William Henry (Mary) of New Philadelphia, John Henry (Rebecca) of Mineral City and JoAnn Baker (Harold) of Dover; her grandchildren, Kelly Snyder (Brian), Michael Fogle (Christina), Donnie Fogle (Jamie), Matt Henry, Amie Runyon (Ray), James Henry (Shawn), Joseph Henry (Crissy Henry), Erin Guber (Paul), Jessica Baker (Casey Hanlon), Lisa Smith (Brad) and Tom Baker; and her stepdaughter Mary "Dolly" Tipton (Lewis). She is also survived by her 20 great-grandchildren; her 11 great-great-grandchildren.
