He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Victor Sr. and Dorothy Marie Mortashed; his siblings, Merle Mortashed, Esther Ruch, Glenda Wheeler, Ramona Helms and Harold Williams (Chip); and his grandson Kyle Gafner.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mortashed (Noes); his daughters, Paula Losekamp-Cooper (Al Cooper) and Deborah "Debbie" Gafner (Dale Schlensker); his grandchildren, Robert Victor Losekamp (Priscilla), Mark Losekamp (Michelle), Kelly Livingston (Emily) and Austin Gafner (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Archie, Emma Gafner, Reese Gafner and Theodosia Quinn Livingston; and his siblings, Shirley Harvey, June Brown, Jackie Broadway and Jeffrey Mortashed. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial donations to Kyle's Hope, which holds a mission to help those in addiction recovery.
