He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ruberry and Raymond Ruberry; and his siblings, Paulette Leppert, Dee Harrigan and Ray Ruberry.
He is survived by:, Beth Schnur (Jerry) and Bill Ruberry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews plus great nieces and nephews.
