He is survived by: his wife Juanita Kocher; his siblings, Rita Mae Tharp and Bernard Harold Kocher; his nephews, Doug, Gary, Ray and Ben Kocher; his niece Denise Tharp; his brother Robert J. Kocher; his nieces, Tricia Mathers, Barbara Smith and Tracey Panck; and his nephew Harvey Tharp. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, along with numerous cousins.
