He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Bolte and Mitzi Bolte (Siderits). He is survived by: his wife Helen "Pud" Bolte; his child Toebben "Toby" Bolte; and his siblings, Kenneth Bolte (Connie), Michael Bolte (Kathleen), Beverly Pille and Barbara Muenchen (Ed). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
