He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Peters and Naomi Peters; and his sisters, Naomi Thomas (Jim) and Joan Kuester (Charlie). He is survived by: his wife Dianne C. Peters; his daughters, Debbie Shumate (Rick) and Donna Kinnett (Mike); his grandchildren, Ethan, Braden Voss, Nick (Darah), Nathan (Corinne) and Lauren Stroud; and his great grandchild Ella Fagan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
