She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil Brown and Nancy Brown; her husband Matthew Stephen Wagner III; her daughter Stephanie Wagner; her granddaughter Sydney Matthews; her siblings, Barb Rubush (Don) and Larry Brown (Linda); her mother-in-law Mary "Jeanne" Wagner; and her siblings-in-law, Jenny Angel (Ken), Laura Dunn (Dennis), Bob Wagner (Kristen) and Kenny Wagner (Jenny). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Connie's family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
