He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe C. Vanover and Agnes Vanover (Paris); and his daughter Dawn Gambill. He is survived by: his son Charles Jr. Vanover (Kelly); his grandchildren, Zachary Gambill, Paige Sanabria, Brandon Prater, Jacob Vanover and Samantha Vanover; and his brother Thomas Vanover (Carol).
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brater Winter Funeral Home (201 S Vine St, Harrison, OH 45030).
