He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Otte; his parents, Tony Otte and Dell Otte; and his siblings, Dell, Tony, Bette and Ray.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Sue Sandling (Mike), Peggy Dittgen (Dave) and Julie Bailey (Gary); his grandchildren, Tim Sandling (Alisha), Shelley Johns (Danny), Christy Nester (John), Andy Dittgen, Emily Crowley (Kyle), Alexis Bailey, Abigail Bailey, Payton, Aaron Sandling, JJ, Carly Nester, Lydia and Bruce Johns; his sisters, Irma Lewis and Mae Gilkey (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Lois Otte, Carol Haberman (Orrin) and Tom Lemmel (Lynn). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
