She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Isaac Moore and Serina Lee Moore; her husband Raymond Curtis Neff; her former husband Bradley Spradlin; her sons, Bert Curtis Neff and Harry Samuel Neff; her grandson Scott Sprague; and her son-in-law John Sparks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Emma Sparks and Molly Sprague (Freeman). She is also survived by six grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
