Putman of Harpster, Ohio, born in Richwood, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard S. Putman and Florence L. Putman (Harris); and his daughter Diana Frey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Frederick; and his children, William Lee Putman of Upper Sandusky, OH., Brenda Reynolds (Ray) of Tennessee and Bonnie Sue Sayre of Capillion.
