He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Barlow and Sadie Barlow (Saunders); his wife Evelyn Barlow; his children, Allen Barlow and Marilynn Dewitt; his sisters, Leola Kelly, Wanda Schuler and Catherine Gantt; his son-in-law Bob Williams; and his great great grandchild Lilly Tefft.
He is survived by: his pets, Mick and Mickey; his children, Robin Williams (late Bob), Laura Sedlock, Terry Barlow (Tina), Tonya Barlow, Leslie Blanc, Connie Harter (Mike) and Verna Ashba (Darrell); and his brothers, Fred Barlow and Larry Barlow (Lorene). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
