He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Strausbaugh and Rosetta E. Strausbaugh (Brickner); his brothers, Edward and William Strausbaugh; and his brother-in-law David Plott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Boes (Nick) of Forest and Kasie Merical (Kyle) of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Maverick and Trinity; his siblings, Dennis Strausbaugh (Kathy) of Republic and Karen Plott of Upper Sandusky; his sister-in-law Tina Strausbaugh (Janet Coppus) of Tiffin; and his nieces and nephews, Alexandra Plott, Samuel Plott, Nicole Bischoff, Aaron Strausbaugh, Kelly MacMillan and Ryan Strausbaugh.
