He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Rall and Sally M. Rall (Hetzel); his wife Christine K. Rall (Turney); and his sisters, Mildred and Magdalyn.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Jones (Adam) of Sunbury and Justin Rall (Kim) of Mt. Blanchard; and his grandchildren, Madalyn Jones, Claire Jones, Brekken Rall, Kendel Rall and Elyse Rall.
