She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Waugh and Anna Waugh (Rosebrough); her daughter Marilyn DeWitt; and her siblings, Millie, Ada, Ruth, Albert, Virgil and Buddy.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Barlow; her children, Connie Harter (Mike) of Marion, Verna Ashba (Darrell) of New Bloomington, Janet Parish of Marion, Robin Williams (Bob) of Marion, Laura Sedlock of Marion, Tonya Barlow of Marion, Scott Parish (Shana) of Easley and Terry Barlow (Tina) of Marion; and her sisters, Phyllis Dall and Mary Stansberry of Marion. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
