It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Bils of Harpster, Ohio, born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Rowse and Genevieve Rowse (Wiest); and her grandchild Hunter Troxel. She is survived by: her former husband Robert L. Beard; her husband Henry A. Bils; her children, Bryan Beard (Shari) of Delaware, Amy Tucker (Bryan) of Lake, Laura Troxel (Craig) of Harpster and Susan Best (Kelly); her grandchildren, Blaine Tucker, Aleigh Beard, Adryanna Tucker, Bradyn Tucker, Kylie Troxel and Jacob Best; her sister Margaret Evert (Richard) of Yuma; and her sister-in-law Judy Bils-Wheeler of Upper Sandusky.
