He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Woodall Sr. and Violet Woodall (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Frances (Pasco); his daughters, Jamie Berresford (Justin) of Guilford Lake and Jessi Lease (Tim) of Hanoverton; his sister Diane Duncan of Hanoverton; and his grandchildren, Austin, Andrew, Jaclyn, Easton and Presley.
