He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon D. Foor and Alice M. Foor (Wilkinson); his sons, Richard "Rich" Foor, Gary Foor and Terry "Wink" Foor; and his siblings, Geraldine Winters, Etta Foor, Ruth Clark, Sarah Foor, Esther Foor, Curtis Foor, Glenn Foor, Simon R. Foor and Victor Bruce Foor.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Foor, Victor Foor (Laurie) and Jessica Foor (Fred Kloos); his brother Dwight Foor; and his sister-in-law Mary Foor. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
