Mary Alice Witte Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alice Witte of Hamler, Ohio, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Carl Freytag; her daughter Donna Witte; her brothers, Ralferd and Robert "Bob" Freytag (Arlene); and her sister-in-law Betty Freytag.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Witte; her children, Helen Witte, Joan Von Deylen (John), William "Bill" Witte, David Witte, Linda Kadesch (Gary) and Sandra Updike (Edward); her brothers, Theodore "Ted" Freytag and Frederick "Fritz" Freytag (Marilyn); her sister-in-law Harriet Freytag; and her close friends, Dorothy Kolberg and Evelyn Prigge. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church or The Mat Weaver's Ministry.
