It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Tietje (Hamler, Ohio), who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tietje and Maria Tietje (Seedorf); and his siblings, Edna Witte, Olga Tietje, Esther Schuette, Bernard, Arnold and Henry Tietje.
He is survived by: his spouse Luetta M. Langenhop; his children, Joyce Van Karsen (Lawrence), Betty Hansbrough (William), Larry Tietje (Sandra), Ervin Tietje and Dennis Tietje (Annette); and his sister Mildred Hahn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
