He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray B. Shively and Hulda Shively (Roller); and his brothers, Joe (Grace), William (Esther), Bernard (Norita), Albert, Neil and John Shively. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the social distancing guidelines, visitation will be held from 10:00 a. m. until 12:00 p. m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.
Memorial donations may be made to Bridge Hospice or a charity of the donors choice.
