He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin Phillips (Sara Valerio), Joey Lauren Rush and Tanner; his grandson CJ Valerio of Hamler; his mother Betty Lindeman (Adams) of Oakwood; and his siblings, Michele Reyes of Paulding, Tanya Panning of Van Wert, Darrin of Oakwood, Paul and Jeremy Lindeman of Oakwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
