He was predeceased by: his parents, Higinio Alvarado and Patricia Alvarado (Castro); his wife Angelita Alvarado (Carrizales); his son Felipe Alvarado, Jr.; his grandson Jeremy Nieto; and his siblings, Eusebio Alvarado, Sr., Domingo Alvarado, Simona Alvarado, Alcadia Ribera and Francisca Velasquez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Amador of Hamler, OH and Lydia Benavides (Dan) of Hamler, OH; his daughter-in-law Elia Alvarado of Hamler; and his brothers, Amador Alvarado (Amelia) of Waelder, TX and Jerry Alvarado (Andrea) of Flatonia, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
