He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Haselman and Arlene Haselman (Recker); and his brother Kevin Haselman. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Roll (David) of Leipsic and Melinda David (Travis) of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Bailey, Grant, Taryn and Trent David; and his siblings, Janet Bockrath (Larry) of Glandorf, Nancy Schroeder (Doug) of Kalida, Karen Warnecke (Robert) of Ottawa, Jerry Haselman of Leipsic, Marvin Haselman of Leipsic and Randy Haselman (Joan) of Leipsic.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hamler Fire Department, Hamler EMS or a charity of the donor's choice.
