He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Richard (Toby) and Billy Hall (Melinda); and his sisters, Geneva Pierson of Amissville, VA, Janet Hackenworth of Wharton, OH, Anna Jordan of Beaver, OH, Pamela Colley (David) of Chillicothe, OH, Brenda Southworth of Lucasville, OH and Teresa Porter (James) of Crawfordville, FL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.

Contributions in Bill's memory can be made to Alzheimer Association or American Cancer Society.
