He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Nelson and Mary Belle Nickell (Combs); and his sister Anna L. Nickell. He is survived by: his siblings, Hazel Waters and John Nickell (Carol); his nieces, Cheryl Deems (Donald), Mary Bailey (Larry) and Beverly Bower; and his nephew John Waters (Tina). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
