He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Koelblin and Kathleen Koelblin; his brothers, Ricky C. Koelblin and Ronald C. Koelblin; and his son Roger C. Koelblin.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Koelblin; his son Rodney (Dee Dee Koelblin); his granddaughter Lindsey Koelblin (Kalob Roy); and his siblings, Sandra Miller, Randy Koelblin (Brenda), Russell Koelblin (Roxanna), Debbie Wessner (Jack) and Michelle Adkins (Pat). He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
