It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Prather of Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Jake and Ruth Stockdale Prather; his wife Jeannie; his siblings, Warren, Willie Ruth Prather and Rena Ingram; and his nephews, Terry and Larry Ingram.

He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Prather, Barbara Prather and Elizabeth Dudley (late Buford); and his son Richard. He is also survived by two grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
