He is survived by: his wife Linda Logan; his children, Curtis Jackson (Karen), Bryan Jackson (Sandy) and Christa Slade (Doug); his grandchildren, Tyler Carpenter (Bethany), Courtney Baker (Craig), Chase Jackson, Brooke Upole (Michael), Lauren Johannemann (Chris), Alex Dixon and Elly Dixon; his great grandchildren, Briella, Geneveive, Josephine, Eli and Caroline; his sisters, Lillian Fisher and JoAnne Cheek; and his brother-in-law James Payne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
