He was predeceased by: his father Larry Lee Collier. He is survived by: his mother Susanne Collier Callon (Wiedman); his wife Linda Collier (Perkins); his son Zachary Lee Collier; his sister Ronda Benhase (Mike); his aunt Clara Wiedman; and his half-sisters, Melinda Boegeman and Kimberly Corley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice of Cincinnati, Hamilton or to your local Hospice Center.
