As Phyllis Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phyllis Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phyllis Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cook and Lola Cook (Andrew); and her husband Arnold Sizemore. She is survived by: her brother Ronald Larry Cook; her niece Stephanie Ann Burkhardt (Cook); her great-niece Amber Vonderhaar (Adam); her great-nephew T. J. Burkhardt; and also Asher. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
