She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Raymond and Beatrice Winkler; and her husband Lloyd Allen. She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Allen (Lisa), Kevin Allen, Gary Mistler (Terry) and Brad Allen (Jackie); her great grandchildren, Cirilo, Isaiah, Jerry, Aliana, Zoolian, Nariah and Tilynne; and her brother Gary "Skeeter" Winkler (Doreen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home in Phyllis' name.
