She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Howard and Mary Francis Howard (Eversole); and her son William Pitzer. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Pitzer, Kimberly Franklin, Dana Brumett and Troy Elkins; and her siblings, Louis Howard (Pat), Glenn Howard, Tony Howard (Cathy) and Sherri Cansler (Jay). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
