She was predeceased by: her parents, Bethel Winkler and Nancy Winkler (McQueen); and her husband William R. Rooks. She is survived by: her children, Joe Rooks (Susann) and Kathey Harmon (Rod); and her grandchildren, Joseph Robert Rooks, Jr., Brian Christopher Peterson, Ashley Lauren Scott, Brandon Rooks and Morgan Paige Peterson. She is also survived by great granddaughter; and a host of extended grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and friends.
