He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Garrett (Wagers); and his wife Cathy Garrett. He is survived by: his father Millard "Buddy" Garrett Sr.; his children, Sierra Garrett and Andrew Benge (Brandi); his grandchildren, Jordan, Breanna and Alyssa Benge; and his siblings, Ronnie, Shane, Bradley Garrett, Lisa Ann Morris, Martha Crystal Garrett and Halle Marie Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
