She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth Jane Lumpkin (Hubert Whitehead, Jr.) and James Coney; her grandparents, Mary, Captain and Varsity Basketball Team; her husband Hubert Whitehead, Jr.; her children, Kim Suzette, Kimberly Yvette, Hubert Horatio, Shaun De'Angelo, Denise Purnell, Charles Phillips, Donald Simms and Kevin Sowell; her grandparents, Duke and Leola Harrell; and her daughter Kiim Suzette Whitehead. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
