He is survived by: his wife Norma Kinkaid; his children, Lance Kinkaid (Andrea) and Elizabeth Blevins; his grandchildren, Alexis Kinkaid-Theobald, Lilliana Blevins, Paige, Sophia and Leah; his great grandchild Brayden Welsh; his siblings, Dale Kinkaid, Sandy Findlow (Scott) and Artha Shollenbarger (David); and his close friend Kenneth Wayne Estep.
