He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Hollar; his children, Julie Lingler, Kelli Lay (Steve), Martha Jo Castro, Jeffrey Phillips (Kris), Jimmy Phillips (Lori) and Mike Phillips (Betty); his stepdaughters, Anita Highley (Doug), Susie and Brace; and his brother Alva Phillips (Jan). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
