It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry M. Parks (Hamilton, Ohio), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, William Parks and Daryl Parks. He is survived by: his parents, James Parks and Dorothy Parks (Ashcraft); his wife Bonnie; his daughter Mindy Parks; his stepdaughter Diana O'Hara (Jay) of West Chester; and his sisters, Phyllis Snader, Marcia Nelson and Teresa Simmons.
