She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Staneky. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Ray Smith; her children, Kellen Jay Edward Smith and Stacey L. Kigar; her son-in-law Tim Dohm; her grandchildren, Shauna, Mike Morris, Brooklyn and Cameron; her sister Jill Milem; her nephew Jason Smith; and her father Wallace Staneky. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
