He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sefton and Mamie Sefton (Morris); his son John; and his brothers, Glenn and Gene.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot"; his sons, Steven (Holly) and David (Phillip); his grandchildren, Ross (Meghan) and Erin; and his brothers, James (Jackie) and William (Marilyn).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crestview Presbyterian Church or The Alzheimer's Association.
