It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Skinner of Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bowling and Ruth Bowling (Asher); her husband James "Jimmie" Skinner; and her siblings, Fred Bowling, Greene Bowling, Lee Bowling, Walter Bowling and William Bowling Jr. Private.

She is survived by: her son James Skinner (Jennifer); her sister Grace Sims; and her nieces and nephews, Robin McWhorter (Jimmy), Jay Sims, Fred Bowling Jr., Lynn Mills and Linda Houston.
