He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Goins and Pansy Goins (Baker); and his brothers, Ronald Goins and Greg Goins. He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Goins; his children, Denise Robinson (Alex), Melissa Meister, Darrin Goins and Michael Goins (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Valerie, Zack, Jake, Ali, Kyle and Konner; and his brother Gary Goins. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
