He was predeceased by: his father Donald C Bowman; his birth father Donald Bowman; his stepfather Joseph Shepherd; his father-in-law Bill McCarty; his brother-in-law Rick McCarty; and his grandparents, Noah, Cynthia Baker, Robert and Hazel Bowman.
He is survived by: his mother Melva Shepherd (Baker); his wife Cheryl Bowman (McCarty); his children, Ryan Green (Tara) of Celebration, Florida, JD Vance (Usha), Cory Bowman (Jordan), Chelsea Deal (Jacob) and Nikki McCarty Beedlow (Jason); his grandchildren, Treyson, Lilyana Green, Ewan, Vivek, Mirabel Vance, Sawyer, Finn, Hazel Bowman, Ever and Olive Deal; his brother Ron Bowman (Mary); his mother-in-law Colleen McCarty; his brother Doug; his sister-in-law Peggy McCarty; and his friend Robert Moats. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
