With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of DeEtta Heizer of Hamilton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of DeEtta Heizer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Allen and Hager Allen; her husband Albert "Junior" Heizer Jr.; her son Richie; and her sister Linda Metcalf.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Heizer (Jana), Melissa Creekmore (Mark) and Melinda Dixon (Darrell); her siblings, Jack Allen, Brenda Mottashed (Ted) and Louise Hardin; her grandchildren, Lauren, Matthew, Travis, Gregory, Shannon, Leslie and Caitlin; and her great grandchildren, Jaycee, Corbin, Peyton and Bella. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (1634 Shattuck Ave, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.

“What a wonderful person spent a lot of time at her home growing up. Great cook had a lot of meals in her home. Always so very nice I don’t think I ever saw her angry always had a big smile on her face when I walked in the door. She could light up a room. Everyone will miss her allot. My prayer go out to the family”
