He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Staton and Reashy Staton (Estes); his sons, Daniel Ray Staton (Vicki) and Randall Staton; his granddaughter Rachel Lynn Staton; and his siblings, Bob Staton, Claude Staton, Charles Staton, Clint Staton and Helen Staton.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Staton; his son Greg Staton (Gina); his brothers, Eugene Staton (Ruby) and Paul Staton (Becky); and his daughter-in-law Lorry Staton. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home (1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:45 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or St Rita School for the Deaf.
