She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roth and Eileen Roth (Weik); her sister Susan Schmerr (George Sloneker); and her daughter Renee Owens. She is survived by: her children, Amy Smith of Fairfield, OH, Angie White (Zane) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Damon Brewer of Lebanon, OH; her sister Marcia Roth of Hamilton, OH; her brother-in-law Richard Schmerr of Fairfield, OH; her grandchildren, Courtney Powell (Ronnie), Ryan Owens, Tyler Owens (Kelsey), Kyle Smith (Jordan), Emily McArthur, Alexandria Cook, Makenna White, Rachel Stewart (Sam), Matthew Smith, Hannah White and Brielle Brewer; and her nieces and nephews, Jim Roth, Billy Paragin (Justine), Christy Paragin, Stacey Rohrbaugh (Mike), Cheryl Kelley (Dan) and Scott Schmerr. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and a host of cherished family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the ALS Association, two causes that were close to Cheryl's heart. Keep Cheryl's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
