It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ragan of Hamilton, Ohio, born in Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Blevins and Lucy Blevins (Chamberlin); her spouse Gene Ragan; and her son Nathan Ragan. She is survived by: her children, Jim Asher (Kathy) and Vicky Carter (Jeff); and her brothers, Roger Blevins and Ronnie Blevins (Wilma). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
